Meet Sarah

Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor and founder of Physio Flow.

Hi! I’m Sarah, a Physiotherapist living in Portishead and working in the surrounding area.  I teach Pilates and Yoga. I enjoy fitness, love to surf, and I used to compete internationally in Taekwondo, medaling at the 2014 World Cup in Jamaica.

I have a passion for travelling, meeting new people and exploring different cultures. I am often found visiting Yoga retreats, writing my blog, reading books and baking healthy vegan treats. I post recipes on my blog page and successfully launched my ‘Pilates brunch’ events last Spring. I am excited to be planning ‘Physio flow’ fitness and wellness retreats for 2019. If you read my blog, you will develop an understanding of my journey and the personal experiences that have influenced and inspired my lifestyle.

I believe everyone deserves to live a pain free, happy and healthy life regardless of age, injury or personal experiences. My clinic provides a welcoming and supportive environment, and my classes are filled with fun and laughter.

Look forward to meeting you soon.
