Events and Retreats:


Sarah runs a series of Wellness events, workshops and retreats throughout the year. These events welcome regular Pilates and Yoga attendees, or those who are less experienced. They provide a fun and supportive atmosphere to practice techniques, find inner peace, meet new people, drink herbal tea and eat some delicious home cooked food. 


Pilates-Yoga Brunch:


My love for food and cooking has led me to create some delicious, healthy, vegan, gluten free recipes which are uploaded on my blog page. I have combined these recipes (and my obsession with avocado!) with my love for Yoga. This class will involve a lovely energising flow, moving rhythmically from posture to posture whilst using our breath, followed by some beautiful restorative poses. We will finish by indulging in a healthy 3 course home made brunch.

Price: £18.50 members £20 non-members

Brunch to include homemade granola, smoothie bowls, plenty of avocado and herbal tea.







Physio Flow Retreats:


My love for travel and surf, along with my countryside upbringing has led me to hunt out some beautiful locations and accommodation for Physioflow retreats and workshops. 


Retreats to be launched later this year- watch this space.

Hen do workshops and events:

Following the success of my Pilates Brunch events and having taught Yoga/Pilates to friends and groups of ladies who love it, I thought it would be a really great idea to offer my services at hen dos! 

I am available to hire for classes, workshops, massage or Pilates brunch events where I will provide a glorious home-made healthy brunch to follow a wonderful 90 minute class!
